A two-room apartment located on the first floor. The interior was decorated joyfully and colorfully. At guests' disposal is a cozy bedroom with a large bed, a spacious living room connected with a kitchenette and a dining room, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The living room opens onto a terrace (10 m2), where you can see a beautiful view of the city and mountains. The kitchenette is equipped with household appliances such as: induction hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, a full set of dishes and kitchen utensils.

On request, guests in the apartment will be waiting for a cot, high chair, baby bath, footstool, potty, changing table and toys. The living room has RTV equipment and a sofa bed. Of course, fresh towels and bed linen await guests. The facility is protected around the clock, and there is a lift in every cage.

One parking space in the underground garage belongs to the apartment.

The apartment has the option of staying with a dog.
